A little over week ago my garage door fell on my wife’s and I car at 5pm on a Sunday. I called several garage door companies that provided “24hrs emergency” but none were available. Found Dr. Garage Door by chance, spoke to David, explain the situation and he was happy to come out. David took the time to explain how/why the door came off the tracks and what can I do to prevent this from happening again. Since the tracks were physically damaged and needed to be replaced. I went ahead and made another appointment to have David come back out and make sure this door works as good as new. Both David and Corey (I believe thats his name) were awesome and made sure EVERYTHING worked before leaving. Fair pricing, wonderful customer service, definitely would recommended.
Let me begin by saying that David was the 3 persons I had called to get a quote …He Was able to come on the same day and serviced my garage. Changed the bracket and recommended some rollers in the future.
He was very efficient and took the time to explain the entire process to me ..he cleaned up after himself and honesty I couldn’t have asked for more. What a great human being again Thank you Mr David for your great service !

Mr. Davis is what professional should be. It was a pleasant surprise for him to respond within a few minutes and more that he came out shorty after we talked. Very polite, explained not only what was the problem, but also what caused it. Honest, extremely fair price for the repairs and a job well done. I have called various companies before calling David. As mentioned before honest on the repairs that it needed, the parts that needed to be replaced (not the whole system), and will definitely will call him in the future. On time service with a smile. Good follow through and total transparency when explaining the work to be done and the price to be changed. David is a true find!
Came out on time to look over the garage door. Said we needed new rollers and our gear is broken. Said we could either replace for $175 or get a whole new unit for over $300. Said it was up to us but he recommended new unit. We decided to go with new gear instead and not change the rollers. Checked his truck and he didn’t have a new gear so said he would come back/call the next day. It’s now 2 days later and nothing but silence. Still sitting here with a broken door. I called and he said he will come out tonight. I will base my review on the 2nd interaction as people deserve a 2nd chance.
He came back and kept his words. Very polite and apologetic. Would use again.
