David and Christian were wonderful to work with. I called early in the morning and they were at my house (after a spring broke) within 4 hours of calling. David said he’d call when he was on his way and he did exactly that. He was upfront with costs and recommendations, but not pushy. He was finished within an hour and I was happily on my way. Highly recommend!
Came out on time to look over the garage door. Said we needed new rollers and our gear is broken. Said we could either replace for $175 or get a whole new unit for over $300. Said it was up to us but he recommended new unit. We decided to go with new gear instead and not change the rollers. Checked his truck and he didn’t have a new gear so said he would come back/call the next day. It’s now 2 days later and nothing but silence. Still sitting here with a broken door. I called and he said he will come out tonight. I will base my review on the 2nd interaction as people deserve a 2nd chance.
He came back and kept his words. Very polite and apologetic. Would use again.
