Came out on time to look over the garage door. Said we needed new rollers and our gear is broken. Said we could either replace for $175 or get a whole new unit for over $300. Said it was up to us but he recommended new unit. We decided to go with new gear instead and not change the rollers. Checked his truck and he didn’t have a new gear so said he would come back/call the next day. It’s now 2 days later and nothing but silence. Still sitting here with a broken door. I called and he said he will come out tonight. I will base my review on the 2nd interaction as people deserve a 2nd chance.
He came back and kept his words. Very polite and apologetic. Would use again.
Very quick to respond and schedule an appointment, which he was on time for. And then while here, able to add another service on the spot that I didn’t know they handled. Made my life easier to be able to get everything I needed done at once by the same company. Any other issues or work I need done that falls into their wheelhouse I will call them first.
Garage door opener broken. Called around 1:30. David said he would come between 3 – 5. He was true to his word. He quickly checked his supplier, left and picked up a garage door opener, returned and installed it. This was all done so fast! I called expecting to pay a service call, then wait a few days for installation. Instead, David stayed to help me. He is one incredible guy! And the work was done professionally. I highly recommend David if you need this type of work done!!!
