Very polite, explained not only what was the problem, but also what caused it. Honest, extremely fair price for the repairs and a job well done. I have called various companies before calling David. As mentioned before honest on the repairs that it needed, the parts that needed to be replaced (not the whole system), and will definitely will call him in the future. David and Christian were wonderful to work with. I called early in the morning and they were at my house (after a spring broke) within 4 hours of calling. David said he’d call when he was on his way and he did exactly that. He was upfront with costs and recommendations, but not pushy. He was finished within an hour and I was happily on my way. A little over week ago my garage door fell on my wife’s and I car at 5pm on a Sunday. I called several garage door companies that provided “24hrs emergency” but none were available. Found Dr. Garage Door by chance, spoke to David, explain the situation and he was happy to come out. David took the time to explain how/why the door came off the tracks and what can I do to prevent this from happening again. Since the tracks were physically damaged and needed to be replaced. I went ahead and made another appointment to have David come back out and make sure this door works as good as new. Both David and Corey (I believe thats his name) were awesome and made sure EVERYTHING worked before leaving. Fair pricing, wonderful customer service, definitely would recommended.
